Application: Suitable for quantitative ELISA of adenovirus 5 or 6 hexon antigen, immunocytochemistry and immunoblot with various matrices.
Storage:  Short term store at 2-8° C (up to 12 months).
Notes: The polyclonal antibody to the hexon (adenovirus 5 and 6) originates from immunized goat with hexon protein of adenovirus. Antiserum is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography and covalently coupled to horseradish peroxidase.
Instruction: Working dilution must be optimized by the user based on the concentration of Adenovirus antigen in the test system. The start range of 1:2000 is recommended for ELISA, 1:200 for immunochemistry and blotting.
