  • Application: Suitable for quantitative ELISA of adenovirus 5 or 6 hexon antigen, immunocytochemistry and immunoblot with various matrices.
  • Storage:  Short term store at 2-8° C (up to 12 months).
  • Notes: The mouse monoclonal antibody to Hepatitis A Virus originates from in vitro cell culture and is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography.
  • Instruction: Working dilution must be optimized by the user based on the concentration of Adenovirus antigen in the test system. The start range of 1:2000 is recommended for ELISA, 1:200 for immunochemistry and blotting.
