  • Notes: The mouse monoclonal antibody to the gp-120 IIIB of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) originates from in vitro cell culture and is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography.
  • Instruction: Working dilution must be optimized by the user based on the concentration of gag antigen in the test system. The start range of 1:2000 is recommended for ELISA, 1:200 for immunochemistry and blotting. TMB substrate from Virolabs is recommended for best result.
