Biotin-Conjugated Anti-HIV-1 RT/p66; Isotopes: IgG 1, Kappa.

  • Description: Murine mAb to Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) Reverse Transcriptase (RT/p66) Biotin-Conjugated.
  • Specificity: Biotin-Conjugated Anti-HIV-1 RT/p66
  • Buffer: 1% bovine serum albumin, 0.01% Thimerasol, 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0
  • Application: Suitable for quantitative ELISA, immunocytochemistry and immunoblot with various matrices.
  • Storage:  Short term store at 2-8° C (up to 12 months).
  • Notes: Mouse monoclonal antibody to reverse transcriptase (p66/51) of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) originates from ascites fluids and is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography. Direct conjugation is made with biotin.
  • Instruction: Working dilution must be optimized by the user based on the concentration of RT/p61 antigen in the test system. The start range of 1:2000 is recommended for ELISA, 1:200 for immunochemistry and blotting. TMB substrate from Virolabs is recommended for best result.
